Juliette & Rhodri celebrated their marriage at Farbridge in West Sussex. If you’re late to the party you can see where it all started in part one.

I put the cat out, turned the gas off; did I turn the gas off? I’m sure I turned the gas off…

Much like me he’d always dreamt of going to West Wittering…

Using basic trigonometry, factoring in the focal length of lens I was using, the focusing distance embedded in the image EXIF data and my own measured height I was later able to work out that these two gentlemen were 8′ 2″ and 7′ 5″ tall respectively. That’s quite impressive…

He was certain that he’d seen the bride somewhere before…

…Ah yes! It was at the church earlier!
Hiring a plate spinning hypnotist to keep the guests entertained was a stroke of genius…

Well, for the first three months you just do cocktail sausages on a stick, then there’s a practical examination and if you pass that you get promoted onto plates…

All this stuff, all these words, they all come out of his head…

I’m not certain that this next image works without sound. Just in case, it’s a man laughing…

With several years of constant practice under his belt he had become a master of juggling bowls and teapots…

The speeches had a touch of magic about them too…

Indeed I took quite a few photographs of Juliette. It’s a good thing it was her wedding…

Juliette & Rhodri seemed to take it in turns to look worried as Best Man Al delivered his speech…

They needn’t have been though. It was amongst the most glowing of character references I’ve ever heard, though importantly rather funny along the way…

Juliette’s sister delivered a speech too, a marvellous portrait of beauty from within as well as without…

Guests all sat for the wedding breakfast I went out on a little hunting expedition…

…and laid my trap. Thanks for arranging some delicious food Juliette & Rhodri!

When I first met Juliette & Rhodri in person, a few months back, we found the perfect location at Farbridge to create some sunset portraits. The location wasn’t going to mix well however with rain, let alone the fact of a Sun obscured by cloud but they were intrepid enough to head out into the somewhat groggy gloaming for a double quick portrait session with a hint of West Sussex rural splendour tucked in to the corners…

I somehow don’t think Al was going to win this one…

Patrick, the first DJ I’ve come across that wears a suit to weddings. It possibly has no bearing on the fact that he did a fantastic job of super-charging the dance floor for the remainder of the night but I know that the effort was appreciated…

It’s going to need sound again…

All the way to eleven, point five…

I think I found the doors…

Minority Report meets synæsthesia…

And on that note I really had to find the doors again :~) Thanks Juliette & Rhodri for having me along to experience your fantastic wedding day and to immerse myself amongst your wonderful family and friends. And congratulations once more!

Thomas - Beautiful! The first umbrella shot is so lovely – as for the plate spinning hypnotist… hilarious!
Phillip Allen - Thanks Thomas :~)
