London Wedding Planning : Sarah & Ben

Last time I turned up to do a pre-wedding shoot with Sarah & Ben I found that Sarah had jetted off to India at the last minute, which was all very exciting and ultimately made for a good excuse for a return visit that coincided with Helen & Daniel’s London wedding taking place a short hop down the road from their Bethnal Green abode.

There’s a good bit of detail on their wedding day plans in the feature on Sarah & Ben’s first pre-wedding shoot. As Ben had that earlier shoot all to himself we decided this one would be turned over to Sarah alone, but Ben’s sad face as he trailed twenty paces behind us around the streets of London was more than we could cope with. At least that’s how it might have been had the initial notion taken hold.

In that last instalment I described the two as inhabiting a fascinating shared mental map rich in creative contours with a strong river of incisive humour running through it. I couldn’t think of a more eloquent way to express my appraisal this time around so thought I’d simply follow them for a Sunday afternoon along some of the folds in that map and see what showed up en route.

John Parker - Loving the “intertwined pint drinking” shot. :-)

Emma Davenport - These two look like a lovely couple! Anyone who likes brown sauce on their omlette and enjoys a Fullers Ale is alright by me. Looking forward to seeing the wedding shots. Oh.. and the alternative bridal party shot made me LOL. Brilliant!

Nathan Gilmer - These shots are great! I love how casual your style is. I really feel like I hung out with them all afternoon.
